A real all-American IPA here from Brothers Beer, even using US malt along with Eukanot and Idaho 7 hops (I suppose you could have imported the water, but that way madness lies). The aroma brings huge pithy orange citrus, with bitter peel and pungent tangerine. The sweetness of the malt combined with the zesty orange and strong bitterness lends a distinctly marmalade character to the palate. A unique style of US IPA with its focus firmly on orange citrus rather than the pine and grapefruit norm.
