Brewed for Beervana, Andrew Childs and the team at Behemoth have found yet another way to cram more hops into a beer with 30g/L dry hop. Mega-hopping a beer can often destroy the balance but not on this occasion … the smooth ride continues throughout the drinking experience. My experience of Cryo Hops is always positive. I find they give the beer a real dank, resinous character and great depth of flavour. America might be in crisis right now but one thing they can still be proud of is their hops. This beer is loaded with Cryo Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra (in the dry hop). Once again Behemoth have been delivered a ripper Hazy IIPA, it’s definitely in Crafty’s Top 10 beers of 2020.
