Over the past few years the spectre of the soon-to-be former American president has haunted the Behemoth brewery, inspiring a string of releases that almost became a range unto themselves.  Now, free at last, this triple IPA version can finally emerge triumphant.  Cryo Simcoe and Mosaic are smashed together with Nelson Sauvin to create a trans-Pacific hop bomb, with tangy mandarin and ultra-ripe peach over pungent tropicals and pine.  Cooling menthol and pine resin start off the palate, blooming into stone fruit and citrus.  The bitterness is right where it should be, keeping the huge quantities of malt steering straight and focused.  An outstanding IPA.
