The latest single hop release from Behemoth showcases the newly classified Nectaron variety (formerly Hort 4337). With the Nectaron hops promising an intensely fruity character, they should be right at home in a hazy IPA like this one. Big pithy orange and grapefruit take centre stage on the nose, with tart passionfruit lingering further in. The palate is absolutely alive with more zingy citrus and sweet apricot. The bitterness is just enough to counter the sweetness and carry through to an astringent grapefruit finish. Dynamic and vivacious, this one’s a real contender to knock the champion winning Mosaic off its perch for the best Me Time yet. 6.8 per cent ABV
