Judge Judy Sheindlin’s courtroom drama show aired 6000 episodes over a 25-year period. She was known as a tough, sharp and uncompromising character that didn’t take any crap, making great TV! Lucky for us, her namesake beer from Double Vision, Judge Juicy, shares none of those characteristics. This 6.3% New England IPA is light, juicy and full of flavour reminding me of a Fijian fruit salad on a beautiful tropical morning.
Tasting Notes: Citrus and passionfruit flavours with a nice side of stone fruit. Small hints of banana and guava all courtesy of big US hops Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.
