It’s been a big year for big IPAs and looking back through my reviews as I try and corral my Top-10 for 2022, it will be a surprise to nobody (who knows my beer habits) that I’ve shown a bit of a bias towards covering the higher percentage ABVs. So, with that in mind here’s a terrific new XPA from Hop Federation, Server Not Found, that keeps things on the lighter side at 4.7 per cent. A delicate aroma of sauvignon blanc, mixed citrus and fresh spring florals with gentle honeydew melon. Impeccably crisp and fresh, with a drizzle of juicy malt and a burst of herbaceous hops before the remarkably astute bitterness sweeps the palate clean. Tight, focused and radically drinkable.
