The latest result of the passion project of Deep Creek Head Brewer Hamish Ward and wife Caroline, Cumulus is the second release in Isthmus Brewing’s hazy IPA series. This is a technically excellent hazy that exemplifies the easy drinking nature of the style. With no hard edges to the flavour profile this is a soft, pillowy and gentle waft of a beer. A light malt character with well integrated tropical hops and barely-there bitterness all balances into a delicious and drinkable beer.
