Garage Project Party & Bullshit is the “OG” of New Zealand-produced East Coast IPA. Released almost five years ago, it was way ahead of the haze curve here and is still a benchmark beer. Not nearly as bitter as its West Coast cousins, this beer is super-juicy, rather sweet and almost too tropical (if that’s actually possible?). US hop heavyweights Simcoe and Mosaic are the building blocks of this great beer; however it is well balanced with a strong malty backbone. If you don’t like hazy beers then I suggest you side step this one and leave it all for me! This is an original and great example of an enduring beer from those magicians at GP.
