A light, soft new hazy from Sawmill, this single hopped IPA features Azacca, a recent American cultivar named for the Haitian god of Agriculture and showcasing some intense zesty lemon and pineapple character. This iteration of the Matakana brewery’s hazy series is less heavy than other examples of the style with an airy mouthfeel and a dry finish making it incredibly easy drinking. A nice mellow hazy for summer days.
