White Noise is hardly new to the New Zealand beer scene but this often overlooked gem is a beautiful summer beer worthy of attention. While it’s labelled a “White Beer” it has more in common with a modern XPA than a Wit or a Weisse. Crisp and effervescent with a delicate floral aroma of chamomile and orange zest, the palate carries those flavours forward with a bright citrusy pop and a dry finish that keeps you coming back for more.
