Part five in a series that acknowledges the essential conditions that hop-driven IPA needs to survive: freshness. The hazy hop trifecta of pine, grapefruit and gooseberry are in full force on the nose, with some melon and white grape further back. The palate is stupendously crisp considering it’s carrying 10% ABV, with a great balance of juicy malt, fruity hop flavor, and keen bitterness. It’s only a touch of warmth right on the end that gives the strength away. Massively flavourful but precisely contained, and true to it’s name: Super Fresh. This is hazy IPA done exactly right.
