A new hazy release from Bach Brewing, using a blend of American hops and New Zealand Riwaka. Stunningly fresh on the nose with green grape, rock melon, sweet lime and grapefruit citrus over a minty menthol coolness. Remarkably minty on the palate, with some pine, grapefruit and nectarine. The malt base is clean but expressive, with a very robust bitterness for a hazy. Big, punchy and bitter, this is a great example for those looking for a hazy with a bit more bite to it.Â
