From the Taproom Series of special releases that were formerly only available in said Good George taproom … Now being released in their classic 946ml squealer bottles, so the rest of us can see what Good George is up to. This hazy double (plus lactose) is full of tropical juice on the nose, mango and passionfruit sorbet with some ripe pears and quince. The palate brings rockmelon along with more quince and tropicals, with a juicy malt base and added smooth sweetness from the lactose. The bitterness emerges late, just in time to head off any excess sweetness. A heavily juice-focused double that fully embraces the hazy model.
