The beer itself has tons of grapefruit and tropical aromas, the Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops really coming to the fore. Colour is a bright honey with a good lashing of hazy goodness. The body is on the lighter side which allows a good amount if bitterness to carry throughout the beer which is a pleasant change for a hazy beer. At 6.7% ABV there is a nice amount of alcohol present which sits nicely in behind all those hop flavours.

The second release in Lakeman Brewing’s Landscape Series, this beer showcases four wonderful New Zealand hops, Nelson Sauvin, Moutere, Wai-iti and Riwaka. Lakeman have moved away from their traditional labels with the Hairy Man on the front and are producing cans some eye-catching scenes which showcase the greater Taupo area and allow them to brew something a little different.
